Westfield Mediation, LLC, is conveniently located in Scotch Plains in Union County, New Jersey. The divorce mediators are Randi M. Albert, JD, and Michelle Weinberg, LMFT.
Randi M. Albert, JD graduated with honors from Columbia College and Harvard Law School where she was the Chairperson of the Family Law Working Group of the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau. For the past fifteen years, Ms. Albert has worked as a public interest attorney for government agencies and non-profit organizations, including the Federal Communications Commission and the Institute for Public Representation at Georgetown University Law Center. She has taught at Georgetown University Law Center, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law of Yeshiva University, and Union County College in Cranford, NJ. In addition to her divorce mediation practice, Ms. Albert is a member of the Westfield NJ Juvenile Conference Committee and the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators.

Michelle Weinberg, LMFT
Michelle Weinberg, LMFT graduated from Cornell University. She has a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and has been a licensed therapist for over 12 years. She has worked as a family therapist for a variety of non-profits throughout her career in Connecticut and New Jersey, including five years as a clinician at Jewish Family Services (JFS) in West Hartford, Connecticut. While at JFS, Ms. Weinberg ran the program for high conflict post-divorce couples, and she became interested in divorce mediation as a means of trying to prevent the high conflict post-divorce issues she encountered in her work. She is a Clincial Member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and a member of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators.
